November is great for sightseeing, hiking, and wine tours. You probably won't be swimming at all - unless you get an unseasonably hot day - and boat tours can be very chilly/windy (doable, just have a couple layers available). In early November nearly everything is still open except for the beach clubs, so you'll still have a wonderful choice of places to eat. And there's still some fun nightlife to be found in Fira. Late November does see more closures but plenty enough is open to get by and enjoy yourself. As long as you know what to expect, November can be great.
