Thirassia is the smaller island that forms the opposite side of the caldera. Small ferry boats leave from Oia several times per day. It’s well worth a visit. These pictures are both stunning and iconic. Dave, have you any information on Metaxi Mas Restaurant? I was hoping to eat there after reading the reviews, but the website says it is temporarily closed.
